Market stats for June are out, and it might look like more of the same.HOWEVER, we are in strange Summer times right now with pricing and activity.  June sales are the result of late April and May contracts...this was before school was out and Austin started to reach some critical mass with vaccinations.  So what does this mean....   Despite still maintaining record low inventory levels, they have inched up SLIGHTLY! The recorded median single-family home value for the entire greater Austin area last month topped the charts at a whopping $465,000.We are at a challenging time currently.
