The greater Austin area continues to break records in the month of May. Austin saw an all-time high for median home prices for any month on record. The recorded median single-family home value for the entire greater Austin area last month topped the charts at a whopping $465,000.We are at a challenging time currently. I love that my son John Dunham always makes time for his children's activities. He stepped up to the post once again to help coach Handsome Hudson's Summer Basketball team. WAYA (West Austin Youth Association) has a wonderful program and facility in West Austin. The goal of the program is to teach great kids to be good sports and instill the values of integrity and sportsmanship through competition and interaction.
