  Interestingly there have been 14 single family home sales in Pine Brook this year and there were that same number during this time frame last year.  What has changed however is the number of days on the market, as well as the average sales price.  Last year saw an average sales price of $321,139 while this year that number is $$335,039.  The number of days to sell a home in Pine Brook is significantly less at 52 days on the market as compared to 98 last year.
