One of the great things about College Station is our abundance of pretty parks.   The Wolf Pen Creek District is a popular area, and there are several condominiums very close to it. Woodstock, Wood Brook and Cripple Creek condos are all near enough to walk to it. You can stroll one of the paved trails with dozens of other locals. I can't believe how quickly the winter break has gone by! Texas A&M University classes will resume in one week on January 13th. This is my final semester as a graduate student here and it's a really special place. I should have my master's degree in Land and Property Development by May. The College Station leasing season is just around the corner. It is beginning to ramp up now because the spring semester begins in less than two weeks. Transfer students, visiting professors and exchange program participants are trickling into our city to attend Texas A&M University or Blinn College.
