How do you keep your clients focused when they are searching for the right permanent home or weekend getaway? They are so excited and are ready to go shopping but have you prepared them? Your job can be much easier with a lot of planning on your part. Rarely are couples or families truly looking for the same benefits within one property. The true trick is to gather the top 3 or 4 amenities that would make or break their interest in a purchase. This is my favorite saying and I try and stick to it. It helps to plant their feet back on the ground and help them to decide what is really important to them.
