May I try and guess what you are thinking? You are thinking just how wonderful it could be to have a getaway on the water. Maybe you would retire there or just keep it a few years to allow your children or grandchildren to enjoy it and then move on. You could be thinking about spending time with your families next to the beautiful blue waters of Lake Conroe and the "quality time" you could spend. You could be thinking that the interest rates are the lowest they have been in over 40 years and that you may not have this opportunity again for many moons to come. You may be thinking that a dream of yours is just unattainable. THINKING: RIGHT NOW, TOO LONG, AND TOO HARD, COULD HAVE DIRE CONSEQUENCES.     Our interest rates could skyrocket in a blaze of glory and without any notice! The homes...

Conroe Homes -- I Really Don't Know Clouds At All. Pics and a random song.  I love music, beautiful scenery and I really do love working in Real Estate.  After all, I am Your SingingHomefinder.com There is beauty all around us.  This week, somehow I have seen more of it.  I guess it's what you are open and receptive to see.  Sometimes (actually too many times) I put my head down and "full steam ahead."  Just working and working and not taking time to stop and smell the roses, as it were. Life is full of surprises and change.  It's good to Live Every Day.  And, singing is an awful lot of fun too....there's a ditty below the pics.  I really don't know clouds---But they are way cool!

Have you noticed lately that your local agents are dropping like flies? The other day I stopped in at one of Sam Walton's Super Stores and there in the media isle stood one of my former agents. We will call her X-merelda. Now, X-merelda was truly a very conciencious Agent when she was selling homes for our company. She was formidable, trustworthy, hardworking, honest, and her follow-up was darned good. She stammered a bit when I hugged her. "I just wasn't getting enough leads, she said. We simply needed the money so here I am!" "HUH", I said. We said our good-byes and that was that. There is actually a point to this story. The point is that we can all give up when the going gets rough or we can advertise! That is basically our option these days. Advertise or wilt into the garden of drie...

Lake Conroe Homes -- SOLD again! There are so many favorite parts of my job, it's hard to pick one.  So, I will say, seeing my clients' faces at closing is up there as "way cool."  Here are the Cottrells:   Here is the Davis family: They are happy, happy. I stopped by their new home just this evening and John was busy with a Homeowner project already.  He told me they haven't owned their own place in so long, all he wanted to do was work on home projects and settle in.  They got a real beauty.  Over 2600 square feet to spread out, and it has a SAUNA!  Can you believe it?  How cool is that? ELkins Lake, Huntsville TX, Conroe Homes, Lake Livingston Real Estate--I've got you covered.  Thanks for stopping by my blog,  Come back soon!

I really do not understand. I really do not understand some potential buyers. I really do not understand potential buyers with the desire to buy, plenty of cash for a down payment and a low credit score. In addition to real estate I also represent an attorney assisted credit restoration company. This past week I met with three referrals from real estate agents whose buyers had a great desire to buy, plenty of cash for a down payment and low credit scores. We discussed the program to raise their credit score and how in three to six months they could be in their new home. Yet they decided to go home and renew the lease on their current apartment. Did they really have the desire to buy? I am guessing that they didn't. I am guessing that they and their agents only thought they did. Why did ...

A new home development is being built right now by Johnson Development.  It will be called Woodforest and will be located in Montgomery County, just 6 miles south of Lake Conroe and 5 miles north of The Woodlands.  This development will be amazing.  It is located right next to the Woodforest Golf Club.  Keep in mind this is a championship golf course designed by Steve Elkington. Not only will it have amazing homes, but will also have 90 acres in businesses for your convience.  I am being told they will be building a "Market Street" theme setup like in the Woodlands.  Or like "Town Square" in Sugar Land.  Right now Kroger, Home Depot, Target, Office Max, Chili's and others are expected to move in to WoodForest.      The builder of the homes in Woodforest will be Pulte, Highland, DR Horto...
