Arbor Manors is a David Weekley built neighborhood located near the center of Coppell, TX and the corner of Sandy Lake Road and Denton Tap Road.   This neighborhood has approximately 80 homes ranging from approximately $500,000 to $800,000 in sales price and building taking place mostly from 2009 to 2012.   Lot sizes vary from about 1/5 to 1/2 acre on winding streets lined with old growth trees.   One of my favorite things about this neighborhood is the location, close to shopping, Town Center, the YMCA, the library and all three excellent schools in Coppell ISD.   It is also one of the newer neighborhoods in Coppell, where residential construction is nearly finished.
