Many areas in North Texas have experienced a jump in single family home sales in 2012.  One of the most popular cities in the area is Coppell.  Even through the tough times, real estate sales seem to have remained steady in Coppell.  Comparing the first 6 months of 2012 to the same period in 2011, there is only a difference of 1 home sold recorded in the MLS for the entire city of Coppell.  The average days on market did drop by almost 20% though.  The average sales price was about 5.6% less in 2012, which may not be very significant.  Comparing the northeast area of Coppell, the figures are also similarly close.  The statistics seem to indicate to me a pretty steady market in Coppell.
