Coppell ISD Awarded Highest TEA Rating! On July 30th, TEA announced that Coppell ISD was among the 239 school districts to receive the highest accountability rating of Exemplary!! To receive this high rating, a school needs to have at least 90 percent of a district's or school's students had to pass the TAKS, and 95 percent of high school students either graduated on time or continued high school for a fifth year. The district must also have an annual middle school dropout rate of 1.8 percent or less.
