Make Sure you Are Qualified A huge mistake people do is look at wonderful houses, fall in love and did not secure a financing company. The realtor suggest a Home Inspector ( always get a home inspected..I had a $10,000 lesson on this)..and the Inspector does find cracks in the outside brick and points out it may or may not be a problem.
