I recently participated in a Facebook conversation with someone who posted that they were looking for recommendations for a good discount real estate agent. He didn't want to pay $30,000 in commission to sell his home in Coppell. So, I initially figured his true intent was to find a way for him to net the most amount of money. But, as we got more into the conversation, I determined that he just has a basic dislike and distrust of real estate agents.
