EIGHT homes sold in the FAIRWOOD subdivision during the 4th quarter of 2014.   Prices ranged from $118,000 for a cozy, 3-bedroom home in section one up to $205,000 for a large 4-bedroom home with both formals and 3-car detached garage!   Average number of days on the market before an agreed-upon offer was negotiated was 37.   Highest price/Sq. ft. was $83.31 with the average price/Sq. Ft. equal to $74.19  In general, the smaller the home, the higher the price/Sq. The demand for homes in Coles Crossing continues to climb!! There were SEVENTEEN Coles Crossing homes which closed during the month of September.                              Prices ranged from $162,000 for a 3-bedroom townhome up to $376,500 for a 4-bedroom, 3-bath home in Section 19.                             The average price/square foot was $105 with the highest price/SF being $120.50 for a lovely one-story home with a pool.  I think we have a new "record low"--and I mean that in a positive way.  The lowest price/SF was $92/SF which shows we are still very much in a sellers' market.   If you are thinking of selling your Coles Crossing home, this is a GREAT time to sell!  Call me to find out what you can expect to receive for your home in the current market!   SONJA PATTERSON with ...

NINETEEN homes sold during the month of June in the wildly popular COLES CROSSING subdivision.  Demand is HUGE right now, and of the 19 homes which sold 14 had an agreed-upon contract in 7 days or less!! COLES CROSSING SOLDS FOR APRIL 2014 prove an upward trend!      Q:  How many homes sold in Coles Crossing during the month of April 2014? A:  Thirteen homes SOLD during the month of April, and TWENTY-SEVEN homes are in pending status as of this writing (May 5th).   Q: So, what are homes in Coles Crossing selling for these days??
