Container gardening is an effective way to provide a pop of color to the area around your front door or your patio. Whether or not you are Irish, head to Fair Park this weekend and take part in the Irish Festival:  Erin Go Bark this weekend!  As the name of the Festival indicates, canine friends are welcome.  It looks like tonight and tomorrow are the perfect time to attend this well loved North Texas Irish Festival,  presented by the Southwest Celtic Music Association.  I just heard that winter is returning to Dallas on Sunday, so take advantage of our current balmy weather ! With Thanksgiving around the corner, H-E-B Central Market is celebrating the season with its annual Feast of Sharing.  The 2013 Dallas event will be held at the Centennial Building at Fair Park.  From 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, November 14, adults and children are invited to enjoy a delicious Thanksgiving dinner. The Feast of Sharing is FREE to all guests. The sit down meal, will be served by a legion of volunteers who will serve each individual guest. Music will be in the air, provided by Big Brass Band, Canta, the HSU Cowboy Band, and Arlington High School's Drum Line.  Children will delight in the bounce houses, face painting, and last but not least Santa Claus!
