The neighborhood of Meadow Oaks is located just to the west of downtown Dripping Springs.  There are currently 7 Meadow Oaks homes for sale.  They range in price from $273,000 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with 1,956 square feet to $425,000 for a home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  Two homes in the neighborhood have sold within the last 60 days.  I showed a home in Meadow Oaks to a couple in July, but they ended up buying in another Dripping Springs neighborhood, Hidden Springs Ranch. 12/03/2011
