The Arbors at Dogwood Creek is a gated covenant protected community that is located just south of Elgin along Highway 95.  This subdivision has estate sized lots for custom built homes. The other day I was doing a final walk through on a home I was helping my Client purchase in Cedar Hills just outside of Elgin in Bastrop County.  After the walk through was done and my Clients and I went our seperate ways I took a couple of minutes to drive through the subdivision for a look see.  It was a lovely fall day with cooler weathter that is much appreciated in these parts as we had such a long hot, dry summer!  The subdivision has a quaint park with a pond and it was so picturesque I couldn't resist taking this picture to share.  It is so pretty it makes me want to learn how to paint or work with pastels!   03/07/2012
