So often, with decision-making, whether it is which house to buy, when to sell, what is the next life path, is this the right person to be with me, should I stay or should I go, WHAT should I choose, we just get stuck on the fence. From so many training courses they almost beat you over the head with what you need to understand, and it is called the    BIG WHY.If you can answer WHY you will do something or NOT do something as a choice, the STEPS that you are taking afterward become very easy.Reiterate in your mind WHY of the choice. A better life, to be more healthy, overall good for you, time for a change, best move ever for you, AND THEN GET ON TO the how of implementing it,The WHY sets everything in motion.

Some days you just have to look for some joy in the streets and this bank promotion had a little suprise for the wandering street crowd with a some Beethoven 9th Symphony. Music, like smiles, crosses all ages and cultures and is a good start for any week.

With those we train, never forget to acknowledge them that they are proficient at the task you trained them to do. We all need our little assistants in life to help us out in our day!

There is a saying that goes something like this, "Hold on to your dreams for they are the seeds of your tomorrow."You see this in home buying. You see it in career progression. You see it in next steps for your lifestyle or lifestyle of your family. You see it in building anything or trying to get somewhere eventually. We need to not lose hope in our present time and toss dreams aside as unattainable. Most dreams we can fulfill if we plant the seed and nurture it.It is very satisfying to see a dream come true, whether it be the home you want, the peace of mind you deserve, being with the person you desire to share with, even overcoming something of great struggle.Keep dreaming, keep planting those seeds, precious seeds, precious dreams. You'll get there with persistence and vision.

WOW! I was really surprised to read this on Zillow! Sometimes, we don't really know what our clients think of us, long after time has passed. Making a favorable impression that lasts long after the transactions are over are very heart warming. Representing Sherrie and John Davis the first time as Home Owners in Flower Mound was a pleasure. Helping them put an Estate Property in Lewisville on the market from a loved one of theirs, also named Patricia was even more meaningful and appreciated. Reading all about it, what they really thought was very thoughtful and kind. Letting people know what you think of them, long afterwards makes it feel even more special.        Published Review Here is what sherdavis56 wrote: How likely are you to recommend Patricia Feager? highly likely Rate Patric...

When it comes to Public Safety, the City of Flower Mound and it's neighboring communities has excellent police protection. People moving into the area are always curious about crime. My recommendation is to pick up the local newspapers and find out first hand what is reported in recent police reports. Here are samples of what has been reported in recent months: Recent Police Calls "Victim stated she was bitten by her own dog." "Homeowner reported unusual sounds on roof - police found squirrels." "Man hit his wife in the face with a dipstick." "Suspicious drivers on side of road were spotted by police. All were watching meteor showers." Police called because 9 cars were lined up and dogs were barking - Police investigated and found there was quail training going on and nothing illegal w...

So often in real estate transactions gone south or the myriad of personal situations gone awry, with social media we like to rant and complain about the flaky buyer, or a relationship weirdness we didn't see, or making money was harder than we thought, or we did not deserve this malady. Ranting vents, but all these "bad" situations can help us grow, to be stronger and wiser when the next one comes along, IF WE PAY ATTENTION and LEARN THE LESSON. Sure there is the unexplainable when bad things happen to good people, but most of life's difficulties are not that harsh. KEEP LEARNING whether it is who to trust, doing due diligence, listening better or maklng better choices. Our learning curve, whether it is quick or steep so often is really up to us, depending on how good a student we are. Across the social media spectrum with platforms, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Periscope, many tools to experiment with. I believe BLOGGING is best because1) it best expresses you and2) it is in depthTwitter can be too short, Pinterest or YouTube you can not digest words so easily, Instagram and Snapchat can also be too brief. Facebook is at the billions level with users so no one can ignore that, Google Plus has communities but not as many users.Blogging's weakness is it takes a brain.A LIKE is so much easier on Facebook right?Blogging will never be dominant cause of that takes a brain part, but by creating a LINK and putting it in the other platforms you get the best of all worlds. A 140 character statement is immediate, but so ofte...

Do you know people are WATCHING us?? I don't mean the NSA spying on your Facebook posts, just the normal interaction of people observing you in business and your personal friends. They observe our "smartness". We all have whatever IQ and EQ (emotional quotient has to do with social skills) that we have BUT we can enhance whatever we have with TWO TIPS.1) Anticipate how you can help someone with a next step. By reading them and understanding what they need PROVIDE MORE than they ask for. With deadlines, get them out of the way like at least the day before they are due. This relieves stress too and surprises them when things are "ready". It is an under promise over deliver type of philosophy. Trust me, you will look SHARP being ahead of things.2) Another thing to be is PROACTIVE.Proactive...

One thing observing on TV each night the politics of the season, without picking any sides, or putting out any opinion is what I callDo Not Be An Adult Sitting In The Principal's Office. In looking at this in terms of REAL ESTATE, think we are ALL EQUALS. It can NOT feel like that at times with one agent trying to bully another in a negotiation. Or a SELLER on one side trying to bully a buyer's agent with HIS or HER lofty and oftentimes unrealistic assessment of their home's value or proposed terms. At least from the agent, be professional, be a fighter, be an equal, be respectful, civil, BUT FIRM in your representation. Do not be so nice, you get rolled over BY ANYONE.Push back may open some eyes on the other side, but you are not a child. KEEP all interactions ADULT  to ADULT and don't ...

Often we hear in news print don't believe everything you read. With blowhard speakers at every soapbox on TV and in meetings we attend, we think don't believe everything you hear. With the Internet it is almost the NORM that what you see is not true.BUT our biggest obstacle to sifting through things in our life is between our ears...DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU "THINK"We need to try to put in an opposite thought and shake it around awhile. In business, ways of prospecting, meeting people, systems, time management etc. In the world, climate change, evolution, politics, religion, businesses to work in or stay away from, technology dos and dont's, all sorts of things. Challenging YOUR OWN BRAIN, many times keeps you sharp. Don't have a dull brain. Don't believe everything you think.

AGING for all of us, and noting changes in our physical bodies, and seeing the world around us being different than 20 or 30 years ago is JUST A FACT. If anything, comparing notes with our peers about how things USED to be with us, or the world, well we JUST NEED TO LAUGH.So starting off this week, I found a little humor in this video, from comedian-singer Tim Hawkins about how rock stars we grew up with MIGHT HANDLE this old age senior moment life. TAKE IT ALL IN STRIDE, this aging thing ..... every year and decade has its own surprises and challenges for us all.

I have always been fascinating with handling time. Often I conclude any of trying to "control" it is a futile endeavor.YET, each day of our life whether we think a day goes by slow like in our younger years or a YEAR "zooms" by in our later years it is still the SAME 24 hours. We truly do not SAVE time but leverage it. Like a dishwasher allows you to do SOMETHING ELSE while the dishes are being cleaned. OR if you are a real estate agent MULTIPLE listings on the market are there for sale.Products as inventory while you are off to the next business deal.Time is best expressed as SPENT. Chalk up in your day say 8 hours for sleep and hygiene. Some time for meals too. You start adding up what might be left and you wonder how ever you can WASTE so much of it and a day can get away from you. We...

ME & MY DADGrowing up as a kid, my dad always said, "Don't be an ass!" So I listened. As a little kid, I knew I was no match for the Sailor with tattoos on his arm. He was a lot bigger than me too! My friends called him Popeye. Not because they thought he was big and strong. They thought he was funny and I just had to think of my dad as a cartoon character and keep my mouth shut. Dad could swear like a Sailor, smoke cigarettes, and drink beer too. My job was to LISTEN and not talk back. Dad has been gone for a long time now. Despite what you think, he was a good dad. He just had his Sailor ways and obedience was an expectation, not a choice. Today, I have choices. I was talking to one of my friends in Real Estate recently. He's a great guy. Mike and Diane treat me like family. I was...

Interesting view one million miles out from the Earth with the Deep Space Climate Observatory with the sun illuminating the back of the moon, the part we never get to see as the orbit crosses the Earth.Amazing what you see with those cameras out there!!The Dark Side of the Moon. And not Pink Floyd LOL.
