For those of you that have furry little family members, let me tell you about a great kennel located in Frisco near Main and Teel. A couple of weeks ago I traveled to the East Coast for about 4-5 days. I had recently adopted a two month old shepherd mix from the SPCA and needed somewhere and someone to take care of him. As normal, our market takes moves in anticipation of reports and expectations. Early last week we saw higher interest rates because the expected outcome of inflation going into the last days before expected reports delivered the facts were fearful. On the other hand, the regional Vice President of Wells Fargo, Jennifer Eggen wrote last week that the CPI (consumer price index-go to the link to get a brief explanation of what the CPI is...your welcome)brought the facts, and the facts were that the inflation was not as expected and the week ended in a bettering of the interest rates. There is currently a man in Frisco, TX fighting with his HOA because he drives a 2007 Ford F-150.  The fight is because the Ford is not a "fancier" vehicle nor is it "plush with amenities" according to one of the HOA board members. Because it's not a Cadillac Escalade or a Lincoln Mark LT, he cannot park his truck in his private driveway.  One of his neighbors got an attorney and fought when they criticized his Chevy Avalanche, so the Avalanche is now part of the included list. Granted, many HOAs have by-laws stating that you cannot park vehicles on the street for an extended period of time, so the streets are kept clean and uncluttered.
