Windrose At Phillips Creek Ranch In Frisco TX On Sunday September 14th 2014 I visited Phillips Creek Ranch in Frisco TX to check up on how things are progressing since my last visit. Phillips Creek Ranch consists of 7 neighborhoods and I decided to concentrate on the Windrose neighborhood. The Windrose neighborhood is in a great location within Phillips Creek Ranch as it is near to a large pond and the amenity center.
