H-E-B Grocery Company Buys Land in Cross Creek Ranch H-E-B announced they have purchased land within the Master Planned Community of Cross Creek Ranch for a brand new store. The recent purchase was for 27.89 acres located at the northwest corner of FM 1463 and Fulshear Bend Crossing. This has to be wonderful news to all the folks who live in the western part of Katy and in next door Fulshear TX. Cross Creek Ranch has a Fulshear mailing address. Hummingbird Program at Bob Lutts Fulshear/Simonton Library  The Bob Lutts Fulshear/Simonton Branch Library will host a very special Hummingbird program titled “Hummingbirds for You; The Joy of Hummingbirds in Your Yard”  on Monday August 31. 2015. Fulshear Freedom Fest July 4, 2014     The Fulshear Chamber of Commerce is hosting Fulshear Freedom Fest on Friday July 4,2014. The Fest will be held in Downtown Fulshear.
