No, - Just Bad Business Practice All of us who represent buyers have experienced the sting of losing out in a competitive offer environment.  It’s part of the business and something we better learn how to handle ourselves and be able to advise our clients on how to handle it too.  I’m Ok with all that. On Monday of this week I helped a buyer submit an offer on a property she coveted.
