Buyers ask should I get a pre-drywall inspection, my response, yes! I highly recommend buyers not be afraid of offending their builder when hiring an inspector; any reputable builder will have no problem and often mention it during the initial contract signing. This is a great opportunity to have a third party licensed inspector check for problems, and mistakes before it’s too late. Roof should be completed next week and then our second inspection will be scheduled with our buyers before drywall.
