Sun City Texas Board of Directors Finally Gets IT!!Last Thursday morning, I decide that Rugg Realty would not participate in the following day's Vendor Fair in the Sun City Texas ballroom.  (See full text at https://activerain.com/droplet/5mzV ).  The same morning I wrote to the Executive Director of Sun City Texas to inform him of my decision and urged him to cancel the Vendor Fair altogether.  I heard back from him quickly & learned he was going to review with the Board of Directors. Remarkably the Board of directors decide to proceed with the Vendor Fair as usual and added a lame caution which amount to, "if your sick, stay home". The Vendor Fair proceeded as usual yesterday 3/13/2020 (without Rugg Realty present ).  Later that day Sun City Texas emailed every resident the following ...

Tina Latta Returns to full time @ Rugg Realty in Sun City Texas When you are a small business enterprise, like Rugg Realty every agent is precious. Each person must produce at their very best ability to help attain the business goals for themselves and the broker.  When a top producer in that mix of people decides to retire and pursue other interests, inevitability it can have a damping effect, at least for the short term. That happened to Rugg Realty when our top agent decided to retire.  She continued to keep her license active and keep it with our company and established a working team arrangement with another agent.
