The real estate market in San Antonio, TX has been a sizzling hot one for the summer months of June to August, 2013 for the two subdivisions in  Fossil Springs, Helotes, TX. During these last three months there were a total of 13 homes that sold these two communities of Fossil Springs, and Fossil Springs Ranch.  The sold prices ranged from $200,000 to $334,000 with the average sold price being $266,219.  Average price per square foot was $105.74, and the average days on the market were 46 days.
