Hood-winked by Senior Citizen in Katy   Yes Sir that fool be me. A few weeks back I had a senior citizen call me with a very sad tale and stating she would be looking to buy a different home as her home was in the process of being sold. I took her information and setup a search for her in South Katy and old Katy so she can start looking for her new home in Katy. I did not hear back from her and I tried several times to contact her. I found out this weekend she used her listing agent to buy a home in Katy. The home of course was as big as Dallas on the search I set up!   My Realtor friends are right now thinking  “yeah So What this stuff happens all the time”.
