If You Need a Plumber in Katy or Cypress TX As many folks already know from reading my posts, last week we discovered we had a water leak in our home. We had one plumber come by but he could not find the source and thought it was unlikely the toilet was the issue. I had already arranged for John Anselmo to examine the problem the next day when the first plumber came by. We wanted to have some type of comparison on the cost to fix the issue. The first plumber told us to remove the baseboards and additional drywall in the toilet section of the master bath along with the main downstairs closet in our den area. The Water Leak Saga in Our Home ContinuesWe had a plumber out to our home yesterday Wednesday June 8, 2016 and he could not find the source of the water leak. I wrote a post last Sunday about a water leak in our Grand Lakes Katy TX home.  All was not lost as he found this leak had found its way to the coat closet in our living area. He cut out several sections of drywall but could not figure the leak. He suggested I pull off the baseboard , Pulled back the very wet carpeting and removed more dry wall at the bottom of the wall in the master bath and hall closet which proved to be what appears to be very useful.  I worked for a couple of hours last evening when I got home from work removing baseboard and a lot more dry wall. Rover Oaks Katy Raises Money for US War Dogs Rover Oaks Pet Resort in Katy TX has begun its sixth annual month long donation drive to raise funds for Operation War Dogs which supports a non-profit group named Mission K9 Rescue. Mission K9 Rescue is the Houston Chapter of the United States War Dogs. This fundraising effort started on Memorial Day and will end on July 4, 2016. Almost Wordless Wednesday - The Who and Led Zeppelin Play at Same Show 1969 On May 25, 1969 The Who and Led Zeppelin played at the same concert at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia MD. This is the only time these two super groups played at the same event. The funny part is Led Zeppelin was the warmup band for the The Who. In addition, the tickets spelled Zeppelins name as Lead Zeppelin. I believe Led Zeppelin was not very well known at that point time.  I can only imagine if someone has an original ticket with any signatures from either group on the ticket how much it would be worth at a music auction.
