Have you ever had clients that are depending totally on you to pick their new home? Sometimes for whatever reason you may be put in the position of looking for a home for your clients because they need to buy before getting to your city. I am currently working with a client in that situation. But I want to write about one of my previous experiences. I had a client coming from South Africa that needed a home, a special home because his wife was wheelchair bound. So, not only did I need to find a home but one that had extra wide doors for the wheelchair. They also were very concerned about the schools and I had to make sure schools were okay too.
