When GreatSchools.org pushed their updated rankings out at the end of 2018, I noticed the jump in Taylor High School's ranking. I own several rental properties in the Memorial Parkway neighborhood, which is zoned to Taylor, and the subdivision has seen some higher than average appreciation over the last 18 months than Katy overall has.  So I decided to dig a little bit deeper into the overall high school rankings for Katy ISD.
