I hope that this e-news letter finds my customers and clients well.  A lot is happening in the market place right now that is encouraging especially with the first-time home buyers $8,000 tax credit.  Showings have increased and transactions are happening.  Some price points are doing better than others, but again remember that real estate is local.  The 3 most important things a home seller must consider is price, location, and condition.  Guess what?  The buyers have the same thing in mind.  What I am seeing in the market place at this time is that those homes priced correctly, in the best condition (also well staged), and the right location are selling just as well as they were in 2006 and 2007.  The home sellers that are not considering these three important factors are just staying...

If you have been keeping up with my blog, I have not entered a post for a few days now.  I have a fairly good reason.  I am proud to be a father of a baby boy born on March 23rd at 8 lbs. and 20.75 in.   I would like to thank all those who have kept my family and I in prayer over the last several months.  We are excited to be back home, and I am back to doing real estate.  Lots of coffee keeps me going.  Now I just need your business referrals to start my 2nd child's college fund.  Wink, wink...
