According to an Article in the Austin Business Journal titled: Build it and they will come: Kyle HEB attracts slew of other businesses,  Kyle's first full service grocery store, a 150,000 square foot HEB Plus, is set to open on June 9 and it's bringing a host of other businesses with it to the city. Barshop & Oles, the developer of the Kyle Market Place and HEB development, announced a list of 13 stores that will occupy buildings adjacent to the new HEB.
