Lake Dallas homes for sale are some of the nicer homes in the area.  Lake Dallas is a small area right next to Denton Texas.  Lake Dallas homes are a great way to go if you want to be close to the water.  Many Lake Dallas residents have their own boats and spend alot of there free time on the water.  Lake Dallas real estate has gone up in value in small numbers but fairly consistently throughout the years.  Meaning that is probably will not be declining alot any time soon, as unlike other areas of the nation it has not made ridiculous price increases (which is part of the reason the economy went down so much).  Lake Dallas homes is a nice way to invest right now, and I would reccomend looking at them!
