One thing that you will notice about my 2009 is my CHOICE of words. With this blog, I pledge I will not use the word, CHALLENGES anymore. Instead, I will use the word, OPPORTUNITIES. 2008 went down in the books as one of the more challenging times of our lifetimes. (My adult life for sure). While throughout my blogs in 2008, I did not admit the doom and gloom of the market, I had referred to them as challenges. Somehow, I still feel that there is a negative undertone in the word. It still feels as if there is a struggle in the process.But the word OPPORTUNITY is beautiful. It is full of hope and possibilities. That's why I love it and plan to use it. It is a master-planned community near Lake Lavon that I would put up against any of the other MPCs in Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) and perhaps Texas for having the best amenity center package.Grand Heritage was voted as the "Best Residential Deal for 2006".
