A Hurricane Ike Relief Center has been opened by Interfaith Caring Ministries in the former Palais Royal building at 231 W. My office location in Seabrook, TX allows me to walk to a nearby boat launch for a picnic lunch if I do not have a Home Staging appointment.  But on September 10th, I completed a vacant house staging & had to prepare for a mandatory hurricane evacuation the next day.  So, I transferred computer files, emptied the office safe, and drove my 87 year old parents to Dallas for the next week.  I just got internet restored yesterday, and thankfully only have minor roof damage.  My parents still do not have electrical power due to the number of trees uprooted, and they are staying with us.  My two vacant house stagings are still in perfect condition as they are located in North Houston.
