Some Stinker Stole My Yard Sign   Yesterday while waiting for the client to come see a listing. I had this very bad feeling. It was so strong that I called my husband to see if he was in the area to come and sit with me to show the home. Unfortunately, he was not and after a while the feeling passed.   The clients came and they were a very sweet young couple looking for their first home. After they left I was sitting in my car getting a few things together when a man silently walked the front of my car. I was startled and he laughed. It was the lawn man I had hired to come cut the grass.   We talked for a bit and he asked me if I was still selling the house and I said yes. We love this time of year! The weather is beautiful and it's fun to get outside and enjoy it!
