This is my final installment of Big Bend. I hope you've enjoyed seeing how really large it is and these pictures do nothing to bring that perspective to pass.   We visited Big Bend Ranch State Park one spring and I just wanted to share with you how beautiful the high desert can be. I loved the desert. It was much more than I ever expected it to be. This place is so isolated from anywhere that we didn't see any other people and the only sounds we heard were birds and the wind rustling the leaves.  Enjoy!      11/21/2007
