I have know of this saying for a long time! I had a step daughter for many years who was hurting and I was her easy target......If I had only know clearly the story of Jacob in Genesis I could have helped her and me! We have been studying this story of Jacob for the last couple of weeks at church. How Jacob fought his whole life for the affirmation of his father. He was hurt and needed to know what that his father loved and admired him as much as Esau. He hurt people because he was hurting and collected idols to fill this void in his life, such as his love for Rachel. Loving someone, addictions , hurting addictions and careers can all be idols. Human Trafficking in North Texas...yes North Texas! My pastor's sermon this weekend was quite an eye opening sermon. He discussed a topic most people have heard of.....in other countries.....but in North Texas??!! Most had no idea Human Trafficking was going on as close to us as the nearest highway.    Please  go to the website and listen to the sermon here.  (Click on Radicle part 3. I passed this field of bluebonnets while traveling through Woodbridge in Sachse, TX. Everyone has past hurts.  We all have sought revenge at one time or another from someone who hurt us. It was probably someone that we loved or it could have been something that happened to us at work.  If you have a past hurt you can't get over then I encourage you to listen to this sermon from Pastor Bryan Jarrett. Northplace Churchin Sachse Texas 75048  I have been attending this church since 2004.  I believe that if it were not for this church I would be a total mess and my family would be tired of me!  Joy is a big part of my life, but there are many challenges I face daily with my family, work, spouse and kids..... Dropbox Online File Storage - My New FREE Best Friend Do you usually find yourself in a place where you need a document but it's at home in a file storage system somewhere on your PC but bottom line - it's not with you where you need it now! Woodbridge, Sachse, TX - What A Way To End The Evening Woodbridge subdivision is a rather large masterplanned subdivison that covers the two small towns of Sache and Wylie.  The subdivision is about 10 years old and is still growing. One of the many things to enjoy about Woodbridge are the views on the walking trail.  There are many areas that you can stroll and enjoy the serinity of the evening.  You will find many people who just sit and relax in the late afternoons and neighborhood families out for a stroll before bedtime.
