Here is my newest video tour. I created this on my computer and the published it to YouTube. I believe that I will get better, but I am very happy with how it came out. This gives you a much better perspective of the home as well as the neighborhood. I feel that out of town buyers will not be shocked when they show up to view the home. Oh yea, I used my digital camera to film the video so it is not the best. I plan on purchasing a real digital video camera. If you have friends in the San Angelo area, please pass this along.
