Rainbows are created when certain variables are in place and it's no real mystery for us as adults now. There is a scientific cause and effect. If certain conditions occur, then a rainbow will be created. But imagine what it must have been like when people first walked the earth and observed these mysterious colors in the sky. Then later shamen, wise men, and con artists put their spin on what rainbows meant and probably some tried to profit off the gullibility of the masses. I saw this rainbow last week after a brief shower. This was on near Wildhorse on Loop1604 near Braun Road. Pot of Gold just beyond the Comfort Inn, I guess.
