     Here we are again with another quarterly market report on Brazos Landing. Brazos Landing is such a beautiful neighborhood that I know that anyone could easily fall in love with it. Anyway, on to the market report. So far, 6 homes have been sold this year in Brazos Landing.   Among those 6 homes,  The Highest Selling price of any home was only $490,000. The Lowest Selling price of any home was $355,000. The Highest Price per sq. ft. was $122.59. The Lowest Price per sq. ft. was $96.72.     But above all the beauty of this neighborhood trumps all of that data and really makes it stick out from the other neighborhoods.
