Yes we text, email and now we have electronic signatures so we don't have to meet with clients as often. You want a relationship so if something goes wrong in the transaction they "know" you and "trust" that you can handle it. If you just had an online relationship problems would arise. 2. Answer your phone ALWAYS try to answer customer calls immediately and return any calls same day! Don't let it go to voicemail and call back...that is a bad habit! If you don't answer, they will call someone else!
