This is how to develop trust and rapport with your clients... We work with all kinds of people in this business...most we have never met before or talked to until the first face to face meeting. It is important to develop trust and rapport within the first few minutes. Don't ever get straight to business, they want to know they can trust your first ! This is what I do : Greet my client with a handshake and introduce myself with a "Good Afternoon!". My voice is happy and warm! The handshake will tell you if your person is bold or meek by the firmness of it. (my opinion here!) This helps you know how to proceed with the conversation. Make them feel comfortable immediately....for example- "Please feel free to look around, would you like a water?" Ask them a question about themselves, "Wh...
