 Thomas Lake Road 4th of July EVENTS UPDATE! Several of the annual 4th of July events  held by the Thomas Lake Road Community Association have been cancelled for 2015 due to recent flooding. Charlene Crocker, President of the TLRCA, posted on the association's Facebook page that due to the road conditions, the golf cart parade has been cancelled. She also announced that the boat parade has also been cancelled due to water conditions. We live on the river and it is moving quickly and full of debris.  Buyer Advice: Talk to a Lender  Besides the obvious reasons (are you qualified AND your offer is stronger WITH a pre approval letter) --Buyers -- it is in YOUR best interest to talk to a lender PRIOR to starting your home search.    It is a good idea to find out what you qualify for and WHAT your payments will be at that price.
