How many homeowners in Draper Utah have had the opportunity to enjoy any of several new openings in commercial real estate near Draper, Utah? There have recently been several grand openings in or near Draper that have many residents excited. The Loveland Living Planet aquarium is sure to be a top favorite for years to come. Draper UT, the decorated, the spectacular... I always enjoy the night ights of the Salt Lake Valley UT especially when seen from a high vantage point. For the past month or more, most of my meetings have been daytime. Evening jaunts have allowed me to use TRAX across the Valley floor .Mostly my nights have been in a more reserved Sandy UT.  Of course it is now darker earlier also.  I have just returned from a trip to the higher parts, the knolls, of Draper at the southern end of of the Salt Lake Valley. Bank Owned, REO, Foreclosure, or Short Sales Condos and town homes have consumed this week. I am looking at Condos in Draper, South Jordan and West Jordan. I have buyers that I need a home or Condo to purchase quickly. If you read my blog you will remember my post about Salt Lake Condos and Town Homes I wrote last spring. Anyways, the post had mentioned an out of State buyer wishing to purchase a second home in Utah. This type of purchase is classified as an investment and many Fannie mae or Freddie mac homes are ineligible. The Wall Street Journal did an article on Flow trails and the advantages and need for them.  Most of the article was written about a couple of areas with multiple flow trails such as Lake Tahoe and Sun Valley Idaho.  We didn't get mentioned in the article, but in the map included in the article, they listed 11 trails throughout the country and the Rush Trail in Draper, UT made the list!   It is really great to get some national exposure for the trail system out our back door.   For an update the 3rd phase is just about ready to open, they are completing work last 200-300 feet of trail.  (Then we need rain, and lots of riders to compact it) Phase 4 is on the list to get done at the end of the season, so we could be riding all the way to the Silica Pit by next spring!   Also, the bike par...

Draper Homes- Draper Days - Draper Grand openings! As a resident of Draper, Utah, who specializes in Draper Homes for sale. I am very excited about the recent events and Grand openings that make living in Draper such a great option for Salt Lake County residents. Last night I attended the new Harry Potter movie at the recently opened Draper Cinemark in the Draper Peaks shopping district. I am not a movie buff but was excited to see what all the hype was about. The theatre is state of the art with Luxury leather seating and XD- RealD-3D whatever that means. It is a fantastic theatre and the nicest Ive been to in the Salt Lake City area. Draper homeowners should be excited about the short commute to a first class theatre.
