I have mentioned often that the Cedar City Real Estate Market consists of several smaller cities.  The subdivision that I am highlighting today is in Enoch.   In doing updates to my series of subdivisions in the Cedar City Real Estate Market, I realized that there are several great subdivisions that I had overlooked initially.  Spanish Trails is one such subdivision, it is in Enoch.  It is a mixed subdivision of “stick built” and manufactured homes.  The subdivision dates back to the late 1970’s but there are several new homes located there as well. Enoch is another of the wonderful communities that we work in.  It is a really nice, growing community which is located 5 or 6 miles North of Cedar City.  It is a community that has grown a lot over the past 30 years.  The 2010 census listed 5,803 residents up from 678 residents in the 1980 census. Home in the Fields Subdivison Enoch is a community with many new subdivisions with some great homes, most of the lots in Enoch are large .4 of an acre or larger.  There are 2 Elementary Schools inside of the Enoch City boundaries.  The Middle School and High School are both in Cedar City.  Home in Spanish Trails Subdivision There are still several farms located in Enoch, so homes with really large parcels are available.  There are currently 44 homes listed for sale in Enoch.  In the past 12 m...

The Cedar City Real Estate Market includes the City of Enoch.  Enoch is located about 5 miles north of Cedar City.  Enoch has some wonderful newer subdivisions.  The Gardens at Iron Mountain is one of the nice, new subdivisions in Enoch.   These homes are built on .4 of an acre and are very nice. When I first did the blog about this subdivision, there was only 1 home listed for sale.  It was listed in $185,000 range.  That was over a year ago.  This is a subdivision of starter type homes.  It hasn’t been completely built out, but there are no building lots currently listed for sale.  Market Update 2/23/2012:  There are currently no homes listed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service.  This has been a very stable subdivision in that in the past 12 months no homes have sold and there ar...
