Wow. That's what I have to say about this amazing experience! We had absolutely no clue what to expect when I invited a few of my friends to join me on a 'glass blowing experience at The Holdman Studio!'. It was SO much fun! The Holdman Studio definitely a hidden gem located in Lehi at Thanksgiving Point!  I invited a few friends to join me for a fun afternoon - after a delicious lunch at Harvest - we ventured down to make some glass flowers. We really had no clue what was in store. It was a fantastically fun experience - you got to watch, learn and create a memorable beautiful glass piece to bring home! Here are a few pictures to share!  Here's me above with the glass gloves on getting ready to pull some glass.  The temperature in this room is HOT - great for a fun winters day! Here ar...

I had a great experience with Tanya & Rodney helping them to find a home. Actually we were looking for a home for a while and I could tell that they didn't really want someone elses old house. I suggested we look at some new construction and boom, they jumped in with both feet. We settled on McArthur Homes to build their dream home. The process was smooth and McAurthur did a great job building this home and did it faster than promised. Their deisign center was great to work with and we were pleased with every step of the process. What a great home they ended up with. Click on the link below and watch till the end to see a quick tour of their home. Congratulations to Rodney & Tanya on their beautiful home! A great video tour of a home built for some Awesome clients

Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz purchased shares in MILLENNIATA over two years ago on a tip from a very good friend of his in Utah. My friend came to me back in July of 2009 asking me if I was interested in purchasing shares in MILLENNIATA. Well VB is not a person that plays the Stock Market and or purchases shares in any Corporation or product. I have purchased Stock in GOLD here and there and only to let the shares sit for many years. When my friend first came to me and asked if I was interested in purchasing shares I thought to myself ... what is my friend trying to sell me now! My friend was not in any way trying to pressure me into purchasing shares. only sharing with VB stories of family members and friends that had purchased shares in MILLENNIATA. Well Vegas Bob did purchase shares ... ...

Utah County Homes for Sale - Refinance or Upgrade. With the real estate market going through all the changes it is presently going through, many new questions start to come up. Should I buy a new home? Should I re-finance my present home? Should I rent out my present home and Upgrade to a new home? The scenario I see quite often these days is the later. Many of my home buyers are looking into renting their present home due to the high demand that there is for rentals. Once they find a good qualified renter, the next step is to take advantage of the great deals available on new homes and the low interest rates that make it possible to upgrade and keep their payment reasonable. The re-finance scenario is more difficult to accomplish, due to the decline in the home values and the loan to...

Utah County Homes for Sale the Internet and Real Estate Websites The Internet is beginning to play a major role in our daily lives.  Most people are having a hard time doing anything without first going the Internet.  I am finding that most Real Estate Home Buyers begin their home search on the Internet, in fact most generally don't contact a Realtor until they are far along in their Home search.  With this being the case it has become more apparent each day, the importance of having Real Estate Websites that help the Home Buyer effectively, providing them with relevant information that is easy to access and very informative. I have tried to listen to my Home Buyers.  There are a number of things that my clients have told me are important to them: Having an effective and informative MLS...

Utah County Homes for Sale, Buyer's Beware of Yield Spread Premium As a Loan Officer and Realtor I have noticed an area of Home Loans and Mortgages that goes unnoticed by the consumer,  that of Yield Spread Premium.  Most borrowers believe that their Loan Officer makes his profit with the Loan Origination Fee.  But most don't understand that the Loan Officer can make up to 4 percent more, on most loans, with the Yield Spread Premium. What is Yield Spread Premium? Yield Spread Premium, or YSP, is the fee paid by the Lender to the broker in exchange for a higher interest rate, or an above wholesale rate.  The borrower may qualify for a certain rate, but the broker can charge this fee and give the borrower a slightly higher rate to make more commission.  YSP was originally intended as a wa...

Utah County Homes for Sale, Getting Pre-Approved Buying your first home?  , maybe your second, well this can be a wonderful experience for you or this could be a disaster.  It all depends on how prepared you are when the process starts.  Your first step is getting Pre-Approved. Financing a home can be a difficult process for you, especially finding the right loan.  What you need to be concerned about is not getting the financing, but getting the right financing.  You will want to find the best terms at the lowest cost.  You will want to meet with a loan officer to review your financing options; you will need to meet with a lender who can explain all of the different types of loans that you will be able to afford as well as the program that will help you meet your goals.  Once you determ...

Utah County Homes for Sale, Home Showing Preparation The overall appearance of your home is one of the major factors to consider when placing in on the market to sell.  The problem is, either you don't have or are not willing to spend the money to remodel.  There are some inexpensive things that you can do to give the appearance of success without spending the money to make it happen. Enhancements or redesigning of the kitchen usually is one of the first areas considered when thinking about what to do to improve the appearance of your home.  But is it the most cost productive means.  Many buyers would like and appreciate saving money on the purchase of the home, so that they can do the redesign themselves, this should always be considered when pricing your home for sale. The frugal mind...

Utah County Homes for Sale, Picking the Right Realtor Well the time has come for you to sell your home; it could be for a variety of reasons.  Perhaps you need more space for an expanding family maybe your current home just doesn't fit your needs anymore.  Maybe the reason is much more stressful such as a divorce or any unexpected job relocation.  The last thing you need during this time is someone helping you sell your home that is unprofessional or doesn't understand the current real estate market. When you are selecting a Realtor, make sure you find someone whose personality is not in line with yours.  Even if the agent has terrific credentials and has sold a lot of homes over the years, they may not make you feel comfortable.  You will be dealing very closely with your Realtor every...

Utah County Homes for Sale, Making Your Home Shine You can make drastic improvement to your home with spending very little money.  The number one way is to improve your lighting.  How old are your lighting fixtures?  Many of these fixtures are used every day, but are often ignored.  Changing these light fixtures can make a huge difference in the appearance of your rooms. Look around at home improvement stores (Lowes, Home Depot) and lighting stores to get an idea of the style that you think might work.  A lighting store might be priced a little higher, but it will give you some great ideas on how you should proceed.  Once you have finally decided on a style that will fit within you home décor and decided on the big purchase, you can move on to step two of your home improvement project, ...
