I just listed this beautiful mountain contemporary in the Pinebrook area of Park City a few days ago.  It has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with an office as well as 5 full baths.  It is located on .39 acres and is set among the many aspen, pine and gambel oak in the area. This home has numerous outdoor spaces to enjoy the cool summer nights in Park City as well as a gourmet chef's kitchen and two large family rooms. The driveway is south facing, which anyone who lives in Park City knows is a big deal, the snow melts much quicker here than it does on the driveways across the street. This home is priced to sell at $979,000 and easy to show. Pinebrook is located just off of I-80 and across the highway from Jeremy Ranch.  It is heavily wooded and there are hiking and biking trails galore here...

Pinebrook is located just across the freeway from Jeremy Ranch and although separated by just a mile or so in distance the two areas are a completely different experience for the homeowner. Jeremy Ranch is south facing with some nice views while Pinebrook is north facing and the view is your environment with towering pine and spruce seemingly everywhere.  Jeremy Ranch on the other hand was just a barren hillside before the homes and associated landscaping went in. There are hiking and mountain biking trails and trail heads throughout Pinebrook and if you don't mind the slightly longer winters and shorter periods of daylight in the colder months you will find yourself in alpine heaven here with wildlife abounding at seemingly every turn. There is a nice community park in lower Pinebrook ...

Pinebrook is located directly opposite Jeremy Ranch and just off of interstate 80 in Park City.  It has the advantage of being about 10-15 minutes from downtown Park City and less than 20 minutes from the Salt Lake Valley making this a great choice for commuters looking for the Park City lifestyle but whose jobs require them to work in the Salt Lake Valley. Pinebrook is a true alpine environment with towering aspen and pine everywhere you look.  There is a trail system that runs throughout the community and connects with the network of trails that run throughout the entire park City area. There are currently 20 homes for sale in the Pinebrook area ranging from a 4 bedroom/4 bath 2,980 square foot home priced at $395,000 to two larger homes priced at $1,299,000. There are currently 5 hom...

Pinebrook Park is a bit different than some of the larger parks in Park City like Willow Creek Park and Trailside Park but it is no less enjoyable for the kids. Pinebrook Park is a smaller neighborhood park largely serving the Pinebrook and Jeremy Ranch areas although open to any and all. There is a nice playground structure for the kids with slides, ropes and other obstacles to keep them occupied for hours. Next to the playground equipment are swings, a beach volleyball court and a full court basketball court as well.  Yesterday as I stopped by to snap these pictures they were all getting a good amount of use on a beautiful spring day in Park City. There is a huge grass soccer field that is used by residents as kind of a neighborhood dog park as well, as you can see in the picture I to...

The Elk Run townhomes are located just down the street from the Pinebrook Pointe condominiums and also have the advantage of a great location.  Within a short 20 minute drive you can be in the Salt Lake Valley and you are also just 15 minutes from Park City proper. Elk Run is an easy bike ride or walk to the Quarry Village Shopping Center with it's many shops and restaurants and on the way over there is a beautiful park.  Pinebrook Park has a large playground area for the kids as well as grassy playing fields and a pavilion for a picnic lunch or larger gatherings.  My two daughters were just here last week with a few of their friends.  They do make the rounds to all of the local parks. There is also a small play area within Elk Run itself for the kids to enjoy. There are 4 different pha...

The first thing that comes to mind when looking at the Pinebrook Pointe condominiums is the outstanding location.  From Pinebrook Pointe you can be in the Salt Lake Valley in less than 20 minutes, making it an easy location from which to commute to downtown Salt Lake City.  You are also only 15 minutes from Main Street in Park City and an easy stroll down to the Quarry Village Shopping Center with it's restaurants, shops and grocery store. The Pinebrook Pointe condominiums were built in the late 1990's and consist of one to three bedroom units ranging in size from 680 square feet on the one bedroom models to 1280 square feet on some of the two bedroom and all of the three bedroom units.  These condos are located high up on a hill and provide many residents with excellent views of the Pi...
