The finest Piñon firewood in Utah was delivered and stacked at my home. This is the densest, heavy Pinon firewood that I have come across in years. It has that great grey lizard skin bark. The Park City, UT real estate market continued its strong trends for 2015 with the highest quarterly sales for the year and the third highest quarterly sales volume (unit sales) since 2006.As per the YouInParkCity.com norm we look only at home and condominium sales in the “Greater Park City Area” (Park City and Deer Valley, the Snyderville Basin and the Jordanelle Reservoir Area.There were 145 Single Family Home sales in the Greater Park City area during the third quarter of 2015. This number was down slightly from the same time in 2014 by approximately 10%. Conversely the median sales price jumped by $105,000 to reach $955,000. There are currently ten homes in some stage of the build process. Park City real estate sales for 2014 surged during the final quarter of the year and ended just shy of 2013 total sales. Real Estate sales for the fourth quarter 2014 in the greater Park City area were up more than 20% versus the same quarter in 2013 nearly erasing the declines from the 2nd and 3rd quarters. Many people have attributed the change to “the Vail Effect” after the announcement of Vail’s purchase of Park City Mountain Resort in September of 2013. Snyder's Mill  is part of the larger  Silver Springs community in Park City and remains one of the most popular subdivisions in town for  primary homeowners.  Most homes here range from  around  $550,000 to the upper six figures with an occasionl  home over $1  million.
