Mllcreek Homes Near Cottonwood Regional Park Salt Lake County Park Operations is restoring approx 2.5 acres adjacent to the park in Big Cottonwood Regional Park (approx. 4400 So 1300 E).  The goal of this project is to restore the area to its former condition by removing invasive trees and plants, and then replaning native trees shrubs and grasses that will provide food and cover or wildlife and improve the visual quality of the landscape. Part of the project is to introduce more water into the pond thereby enlarging the surface area.
