Millcreek Homes With interest rates at the lowest for the season, I am hearing the above statement from alot of buyers.  As the season progresses, the interest rate will be rising because of the announcement in December of the rising rates.  Right now the interest rate is below 4%, but who knows where it will be come March. History always repeats itself and you can usually see the interest rates start rising about mid February. . .  so if you are thinking about purchasing a home, now is the time to purchase.
