The number of South Jordan homes sold more than doubled over five years and was on pace to hit 1,000.  Then the market crashed and sales responded by decreasing steadily for three years.  South Jordan Real Estate was determined to rebound and the number of homes sold increased again last year.  Sold prices were a little slow to respond to the decrease in sales and could therefore be slow to repsond to the increase as well.
