Bolling Brook condominiums are located in the West End of Alexandria VA a few paces from King Street where King St. crosses I-395. There are several condominium communities in the immediate vicinity (Northampton, Palazzo) and others that are very close by (Pointe, Skyline). Bolling Brook is very close the Alexandria Campus of the Northern Virginia Community College. Bolling Brook is close to I-395 and King Street, but the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful at the end of South 28th St. One of the assets of this community is Jim Mulligan Park, a small reserve of nature that abutts the south side of the community.
